The Industry 4.0 laboratory uses a dynamic demonstrator to illustrate the complex interrelationships and modes of operation. An industrial environment is presented in the form of intelligent production. Tea can be prepared using various production steps as an example.
This allows students to familiarise themselves with what they have learned using a practical example and expand the laboratory in practicals, project work and final theses. This gives them the opportunity to gain hands-on experience of the theoretical content taught in lectures and to try out Industry 4.0 technologies.
